The event will showcase several La Pulga tequilas and a menu created to complement the cocktails. The evening begins with a cocktail sampling and dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.
About the Dinner
First Course – Seared Scallops, with Grilled Habanero Salsa; Roasted Poblano Chorizo Polenta; Micro Arugula and Cilantro Lime Aioli, served with the Hibiscus Kiss cocktail (La Pulga Blanco, Hibiscus Syrup, Cointreau, Agave Syrup and Lime Juice).
Second Course – Smoked Ropa Vieja (Cuban Shredded Beef), with Jalapéno Au Gratin Potato; Charred Cumin Cilantro Black Bean Purée; Blistered Green Beans and Peppers; Salsa Verde and Cotija Cheese, served with the Smoke and Shadow cocktail (La Pulga Mezcal, Guava, Mint, Lemon Juice and Pineapple Juice).
Third Course – Roasted Quail, with Mole-Marinated Chorizo; Cilantro Rice; Parsnip Sweet Corn Purée; Crispy Brussels Sprouts; Pickled Onions; Cilantro and Citrus Honey Glaze, served with the Bitters of the Sun cocktail (La Pulga Anejo, Sweet Vermouth, Dry Vermouth and Mole Bitters).
Dessert – Creme Brûlée, with Vanilla Bean; Smoked Honeycomb; Fried Plantain; Brûlée Orange and Chambord-Infused Whipped Cream, served with the Luna de Canela cocktail (La Pulga Reposado, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Egg White).

About La Pulga Tequilas
Made in the traditional method in Jalisco, Mexico, La Pulga tequilas are artisanal, additive-free and 100% agave Blue Weber Agave tequilas. The brand is named after the La Pulga (the flea) open-air flea market on the north side of Fort Worth.
