St. Paul Square Dinner Club to Feature Hell’s Kitchen Chef Mary Lou Davis August 27
The St. Paul Square Dinner Club is excited to welcome San Antonio chef Mary Lou Davis for a very special one-night-only dinner on Thursday, August 27, 2026 from 7 to 9:30 PM. Known for her dynamic personality, bold culinary style and memorable journey to becoming runner-up on Season 19 of FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen, Davis will create an exclusive multi-course dinner for guests at Cuba 1918.
A San Antonio native and longtime member of the city’s culinary community, Davis has built a reputation for cooking with equal parts creativity, confidence and heart. Her appearance on Hell’s Kitchen introduced her infectious energy and formidable culinary skills to audiences nationwide, but her roots remain firmly planted in the San Antonio food scene.
For this special SPS Dinner Club event, Davis will bring her signature personality and culinary perspective to the table with a menu designed exclusively for the evening. Guests can expect a playful, chef-driven experience that celebrates surprising flavors, creative combinations and the joy of gathering around an incredible meal.
“I love food because it brings people together, and that’s what makes dinners like this so special,” says Davis. “There’s something really exciting about creating a menu for people who are coming together to experience something new, have a great time and share a meal.
