A Unique Father’s Day Experience at this Southern Texas-Inspired Eatery
The Omni La Mansion del Rio is offering a unique Father’s Day experience on the beautiful courtyard. What’s a better way to spend Father’s Day than an afternoon of live grilling, tableside carving, and enjoying bold Texas flavors? At Omni La Mansion del Rio’s in-house Southern Texas-inspired eatery, Four Brothers, families are invited to experience Courtyard Cookout, an immersive Father’s Day workshop led by acclaimed Executive Chef (and fellow Dad) Robert Cantu. Offered to honor the day where homegrown grill masters reign supreme, dads and father figures can participate in their favorite hobby, receiving hands-on instruction, crafted cocktails, and above all, a fully loaded meal complete with all the fixings that everyone can enjoy.
Taking place on Sunday, June 21, from Noon to 2:00pm, guests will be surrounded by flame-fired delicacies and dining elements, featuring grilled favorites such as reverse-seared Picanha and Koji-aged chicken thighs, and additional seasonal selections. Cocktails will include Garrison Brothers-inspired offerings such as a smoky Single Barrel Old Fashioned and a flavorful Bourbon Spritz. The event offers two package options:

Grill Master Package ($250): a premier package that includes a dedicated tabletop charcoal grill station, chef-led technical teachings, the full cookout menu, (2) cocktail pairings, and a take-home Even Embers portable charcoal grill.

Cookout Workshop Package ($80): a fun and enjoyable experience that includes the hands-on grilling workshop with chef-led teachings, the full cookout menu, (2) cocktail pairings, and grills provided for use during the event.
Menu & Cocktails

Additional Details
Complimentary valet parking is included. The event will be held outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, guests will receive a refund. For Grill Master Package purchasers, the workshop portion will be refunded, and the take-home grill will remain available for pickup.
