Next St. Paul Square Dinner Club Features Chef Raul Mendoza
The next St. Paul Square Dinner Club is proud to present a very special one-night-only culinary event on Thursday, June 18 at Cuba 1918, featuring newly appointed Executive Chef Raul Mendoza.
Known throughout San Antonio’s culinary scene for his soulful Italian cuisine, refined technique and heartfelt approach to hospitality, Chef Mendoza has built a devoted following through his celebrated restaurant Alla Nonnas and previously as Executive Chef of the iconic Paesanos River Walk.

For this intimate multi-course dinner experience, Chef Mendoza will showcase a menu that reflects his signature style — elevated yet approachable cuisine rooted in passion, creativity and comfort. Guests can expect thoughtfully composed dishes that honor both tradition and innovation, all within the vibrant atmosphere of Cuba 1918. The official menu will be released soon.

The June 18 dinner will begin at 7 p.m. at Cuba 1918 in San Antonio. Non-alcoholic beverages and cocktail set-ups will be available for purchase during the event, and guests are welcome to BYOB.
