Here’s What is Happening In February at This Castle Hills Popular Restaurant

Here’s What is Happening this February at Castle Hills’ favorite community restaurant, Clementine. Clementine, continues to offer a lineup of thoughtfully curated, community-centered culinary events. The upcoming schedule features intimate, chef-driven experiences alongside collaborative dinners that bring together local and nationally recognized talent.

WHAT:

Mardi Gras Dinner

New Orleans native John Russ is set to host the restaurant’s biggest dinner celebration of the year on Fat Tuesday, February 17. The one-night-only event features a five-course prix-fixe menu priced at $88 per person.

For Chef Russ, Mardi Gras marks a special opportunity to bring the spirit and flavors of New Orleans to the Alamo City. The city’s unique culture and growing culinary landscape play a key role in shaping his creative approach in the kitchen.

The evening’s menu features iconic NOLA staples that celebrate the soulful flavors of the Crescent City, such as a hearty andouille gumbo, slow-cooked smothered greens, and classic southern fried chicken.

Seating for this year’s Mardi Gras Dinner is limited. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made via OpenTable HERE.
