Celebrate National Steak Day at Maverick Texas Brasserie This Southtown eatery known for its wood-fired, French-Texas cuisine, is celebrating National Steak Day on Saturday, April 25, beginning at 5 p.m. with exclusive steak specials and drink features.
At Maverick, an open kitchen anchored by a wood-fired grill puts the craft on full display. Executive Chef Ed Ebert takes a refined, ingredient-driven approach, sourcing high-quality cuts from trusted purveyors and cooking them simply over live fire to highlight their natural depth of flavor.

Guests can enjoy limited-time offerings, including a 20-oz bone-in ribeye priced at $78 and a 32-oz porterhouse for $195. Each steak is served with charred serrano creamed spinach, crispy Maverick potatoes, and grilled spring onions.
