Well, get ready, because on Saturday, April 12, more than a dozen local chefs will take a swing at glory, competing for the title of Master of Chicken. Local culinary pros such as Southerleigh Fine Foods’ Jeff Balfour and Meadow Neighborhood Eatery’s PJ Edwards will each craft a unique chicken sammy creation that showcases their signature bold flavors, vying to prove their version is the cluckin’ best. The Master of Chicken coincides with the concluding weekend of the 89th Masters Tournament and will offer ticketholders great tastes from these local chefs AND the chefs a chance for glory.
