Southtown Staple Rosario’s ComidaMex & Bar is Ready for Fiesta

Rosario’s ComidaMex & Bar Turns Up Fiesta with Rooftop Parties and Limited-Time Offerings

Rosario’s ComidaMex & Bar, the acclaimed Southtown eatery known for its contemporary Mexican cuisine and vibrant rooftop energy, is inviting locals and visitors to celebrate Fiesta from April 16 through April 26 with curated activations, a specialty cocktail, and elevated rooftop experiences.

Throughout Fiesta, guests can enjoy limited-time features, including a Fruit Cup Margarita served on the rocks and topped with candy straws, available while supplies last. The restaurant will also offer Fiesta medals for $10 and Fiesta T-shirts for $15.

In addition, tequila tastings will be featured during the King William Fair on Saturday, April 25, with El Tequileño and Carabuena on the rooftop and Patrón, Lunazul, and Cazadores at the downstairs bar. The rooftop will also showcase Fiesta-themed décor and a photo booth for guests to capture the celebration.

Throughout Fiesta, the rooftop lounge serves as the central hub for guests looking to enjoy the city’s biggest celebration from an elevated vantage point. The rooftop lounge is reserved for guests 25 and older. Special Fiesta rooftop hours include:

– Friday: 12 p.m. to 1 a.m.
– Saturday: 12 p.m. to 12 a.m.
– Sunday: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
