Two of San Antonio’s most beloved restaurants, Rosario’s and Aldaco’s Mexican Cuisine, are putting a delicious spin on Girl Scout cookies during this year’s Girl Scout Flavor Fest, a citywide celebration that invites restaurants to craft unique treats using the iconic cookies. From February 21st to March 2nd, guests can indulge in limited-time creations that blend classic Girl Scout flavors with the signature flair of these two local favorites.

At Rosario’s, cocktail lovers can sip on the Toasted S’mores Martini, a decadent, dessert-inspired cocktail featuring the nostalgic flavors of the beloved S’mores cookie. This irresistible martini combines rich chocolate and marshmallow flavors, finished with a graham cracker rim for the ultimate indulgence.

Over at Aldaco’s Mexican Cuisine, owner Blanca Aldaco is offering a heavenly twist on a traditional favorite with the Cajeta Trefoils Tres Leches Cake. This luscious dessert layers the buttery goodness of Girl Scout Trefoils cookies into Aldaco’s signature tres leches cake, topped with a drizzle of indulgent cajeta for a truly unforgettable bite.
The Girl Scout Flavor Fest is a unique way for San Antonio’s culinary community to showcase their creativity while supporting the mission of the Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas. This year, they have added a voting system for participants to choose their favorite cookie concoction as well as a contest for participants to win free Girl Scout Cookies for a year!
