Chef-Driven Burger Destination Expanding Into San Antonio

Muck & Fuss, a chef-driven burger destination, is expanding into The Alamo City. Downtown New Braunfels’ favorite Muck & Fuss, known for its chef-driven burgers and expansive craft beer selection, is expanding into the San Antonio market later this year.

Location

The restaurant’s newest location will be at 2422 N. Loop 1604 West in San Antonio, introducing its chef-driven burgers and expansive craft beer program to a new audience. Construction on the 8,812-square-foot, $4.5 million project is currently underway and is projected to be completed by September 15, with additional details regarding the restaurant’s opening timeline to be announced.

Since opening in downtown New Braunfels in 2019, Muck & Fuss has become a staple of the local dining scene, earning a loyal following for its energetic atmosphere and elevated yet approachable cuisine. The upcoming San Antonio location marks the next chapter for the growing concept as it introduces its signature experience to a new community.

Texas Craft Beer

At Muck & Fuss, guests can explore 38 rotating craft beers from Texas breweries and national favorites, enjoy weekly outdoor live music, and dig into a chef-driven menu known for house-ground burgers, scratch-made sauces, and bold, flavor-forward dishes.

The menu was developed in collaboration with North Carolina chef Kris Fuller, executive chef of the renowned Crafted, helping shape the restaurant’s elevated approach to casual dining.
