Hill Country Winery WOWs You With New Wines and Upcoming Events

Hill Country Winery ‘s Wedding Oak Winery, talented wine making team has been working hard since the 2024 harvest ended in late September. Thirteen exceptional red, white and rose wines will be ready for bottling in January, with a second round of bottling scheduled for late March. We are excited to give you a peek at some wines that will be released just in time for our February Wine Club Shipment!

Wine Blending Competition & Dinner| Support the Arts

Hone your wine blending skills! Using wines provided by Wedding Oak Winery, participants will work in teams to create their own unique wine. Final submissions will be rated by a panel of judges, selected by the participants.

During the competition, a private chef will be in the BAC kitchen preparing dinner. Following the announcement of the winning blend, dinner will be served with wine pairings.

Tickets are $125 per person. Only a few seats remain in this limited-ticket Big Event item, with all proceeds going to support the Bosque Arts Center in Clifton.

Celebrate with us on Friday evening, February 14th at our stunning historical Burnet location. Come enjoy a multi-course meal, paired with our award-winning wines. This will be a night to remember, so, mark your calendars. Tickets will go on sale soon with details to follow.

February Wine Club|Release Party

Join us at any of our Tasting Rooms in February for our Wine Club Pickup Events. We will be showcasing new releases, as well as special tastings from our library. We will have tasting tables set up, with small bites to pair with several of our new wines.

Library Wines- Older vintage wines that we pulled from our wine cellar “cave” just for this event, with bottles for tasting & to purchase.

About the 2025 Wine Train

Experience the ultimate Wine adventure with Wedding Oak Winery’s Wine Train! Your journey begins with a scenic 2-hour train ride from Cedar Park, crossing the breathtaking South San Gabriel River. Along the way, you’ll enjoy an exclusive tasting flight of five wines, accompanied by an intimate talk with members of the Wedding Oak family. Upon arriving in Burnet, you’ll have a 2-hour layover to purchase bottles to-go and indulge in local food offerings. On the return trip, unwind as non-alcoholic drinks and snacks are available to ensure a comfortable ride back. This memorable event is for ages 21 and up—join us for a day filled with Texas wine, stunning landscapes, and unforgettable moments!
