Signature dishes include Wagyu Steak & Eggs with bone marrow onions, shishito peppers, and house-made steak sauce; Crispy Pork Belly Hash with roasted jalapeños, hollandaise, and chipotle BBQ sauce; Buttermilk Fried Quail served atop a smoked cheddar waffle with truffle honey; Three Egg Lobster Omelet with spinach, avocado, Oaxaca pepper jack, and lemon chive crème; and Bananas Foster French Toast made with house-baked brioche and rum maple syrup showcase the culinary team’s dedication to bold flavors and elevated techniques.
