My delima – I start off my day with lots of energy and a plan of things I want or need to get done. I usually keep a list (or two) to keep me on track. Now, I don’t know about you, but around 12:00 I notice I am losing my train of thought. I had so many great ideas this morning when I sat down at my computer, but as the morning ticks by, it seems like my brain has run out or ideas or just gotten sluggish. All those great ideas have faded and I feel stuck!
I need something to get me focused and then give me the energy to act on with my ideas.

So let’s check out the Focus Coffee:
First it’s an organic medium roast coffee ground from Arabica beans for superior quality and taste. Then they add the nutrients ginseng, ashwagandha, cinnamon, nutmeg and lion’s mane that are thought to be good for focus, stress reduction, energy and memory.
I used the Focus Coffee for several mornings and did find it to help me get rid of my brain fog and lower my stress. Helping me with those two things made a world of difference in my starting the day in a better mood. The actual coffee was very good too. It was between a bold and medium coffee for me, just where I like it. The flavor was also very tasty. I didn’t notice an overpowering taste from the ingredients. Just a nice coffee blend.
Second let’s check out the Energizing Coffee:
This blend also uses medium roast Arabica coffee. The blend is infused with maca, guarana, cordyceps mushrooms, and schisandra. These nutrients help with energy, endurance and alertness throughout the day.
I also tried this coffee for three days to see if I noticed the difference in my energy. Yes I certainly did. I would give this a 4 on a scale of 1-5 in energy but I would give it a 5 for alertness during the day. As with the Focus blend, I didn’t notice any secondary taste from the nutrients.
