The featured rosé, Minuty Côtes de Provence, is offered by the glass ($14) or by the bottle ($56). Guests can also enjoy the Rose Garden Spritz ($15), crafted with St. Germain and finished with fresh strawberry garnishes. To pair with the perfectly pink drinks, a Raspberry Soufflé ($12), made from fresh raspberry puree, is the perfect light, airy finish.

A hands-on bourbon session is taking place at Corinne San Antonio for National Bourbon Day. In partnership with Maverick Whiskey, guests will learn about the history and art of bourbon during a guided tasting experience. Afterward, a collaborative group competition will showcase guests’ mixology knowledge, before they assemble their own Old Fashioned to enjoy and take home. This intimate gathering is $65 per guest, and seating is limited.
