Elegant Riverwalk Hotel to Host Wine Dinner Featuring William Chris Vineyards Outstanding Wines
Elegant Riverwalk Hotel, Hotel Valencia Riverwalk, by Valencia Hotel Collection, is hosting a four-course Wine Dinner paired with award-winning William Chris wines on Thursday, Aug. 28 from 6-9 p.m. in Dorrego’s restaurant. Executive Chef Mark Scheck has created a seasonal menu showcasing refined flavors and artful presentation, all designed to complement and elevate each wine pairing beautifully.

Smoke Wagyu Beef Tenderloin served with Black Truffle Croquette Potato,
