The original Shamrock recipe dates back to 1930, first featured in Harry Craddock’s The Savoy Cocktail Book. This adapted version has been crafted to perfectly complement Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey handcrafted by Glendalough Brand Ambassador, Jacob Medina.

Below is the recipe, allowing you to craft this cocktail from the comfort of your own home bar!

About Glendalough Double Barrel Whiskey

Glendalough Double Barrel Whiskey (SRP: $34.99)

This globally awarded, single grain Irish whiskey has been aged twice – first in American oak Bourbon barrels and again in Spanish oak Oloroso barrels. It will make you think twice about Irish whiskey. While the Bourbon barrels brings a sweetness and smooth vanilla notes, the Oloroso casks layer on depth of dried fruit and Spanish oak spices. We like to drink it neat, on ice, or with soda. For a delicious Double Barrel cocktail, try our Lough Inn recipe.

  • ABV: 42%
