Wine lovers alert: Jeff Bridges, owner of Copa Wine Bar & Tasting Room located at 19141 Stone Oak Pkwy, Suite 704, San Antonio, Texas 78258, has set his sights on educating the Alamo City about various vinos during his virtual Wine of the Week series.
Learn About Different Wines Around the World
Each Monday on social media, Chef Jeff delves into a different wine, taking viewers on a trip to famous wine locations such as Sonoma, Italy, France, & even Argentina with in depth looks into the history of the region and winemaker, tasting notes, and fun facts surrounding each bottle.
Each wine is hand selected by Jeff, with former weekly features including a rare and bold Cabernet Sauvignon out of California’s J Wilkes Winery, and the crisp Fleurs de Prairie Rosé from southern France in honor of Valentine’s week. Each wine featured will be available to enjoy at the restaurant, or for purchase to imbibe at home.
Learn to Enjoy Wine
As a 16-year veteran of the food and wine scene in San Antonio, Jeff wanted to share his passion and love for all things wine in a laid back setting that is rare in the wine world. As with his Stone Oak wine bar, Copa, Jeff has always felt that everyone should have the chance to enjoy a great bottle of vino and not be intimidated by fancy labels or stuffy settings. With this series, he hopes to introduce wine to the new generation and educate viewers on how to find their perfect glass.
In addition to his Wine of the Week series on social media, the chef shares his knowledge with his One Minute Wine Classes that discuss myths, tips and tricks, and general wine advice.

Thursday Wine & Dine and Wednesday Wine Tasting
Their most popular, a monthly Wine & Dine, featuring a one night only four course menu with perfectly paired wines takes place on the last Thursday of each month. Their Wednesday Wine Tasting is a chance for guests to enjoy 6 wine selections for just $25 and is generally held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
