Wine Bar is Hosting a Celebration Dinner for This Year’s Wine Enthusiast’s Winemaker of the Year, J Vineyards
Copa Wine Bar & Tasting Room, a Stone Oak Wine Bar located at 19141 Stone Oak Pkwy, Suite 704, San Antonio, Texas 78258, is paying homage to this year’s Wine Enthusiast’s Winemaker of the Year, J Vineyards with a four-course dinner celebration on January 26th at 7pm.
Each year, the Wine Enthusiast publication selects a winery that has displayed excellence with their products. This year, J Winery & Vineyard out of the Russian River Valley region of California was selected for the honor. To mark this achievement, Copa Wine Bar has assembled a delicious menu featuring the winery’s most desired wines.
Guests will be able to indulge in four selections from the featured winery including their celebrated Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. To accompany each wine, the eatery has devised a menu to enhance each selection, with notable dishes including a Smoked Mustard Glazed Pork Loin & Herbed Potato Waffle. For dessert, diners will be treated to a Goat Cheese Mousse, featuring local honey & candied Marcona almonds to go along with the winery’s signature sparkling wine. The eatery’s celebration dinner will kick off at 7pm on Wednesday, January 26th.
