The winner will receive a three-day, two-night trip for two to Highclere Castle this September, complete with airfare, accommodations, ground transportation, a behind-the-scenes tour of Highclere Castle and the estate, and tickets to an invitation-only, VIP cocktail party hosted by Lord and Lady Carnarvon, residents of Highclere Castle.

1.5 OZ. HIGHCLERE CASTLE GIN
1 OZ. ELDERFLOWERS LIQUEUR (ST. GERMAIN)
2.5 OZ. APPLE JUICE
0.5 OZ. LIME JUICE
1 OZ. ELDERFLOWERS LIQUEUR (ST. GERMAIN)
2.5 OZ. APPLE JUICE
0.5 OZ. LIME JUICE
Shake the ingredients in a shaker and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with apple and ribbons of cucumber.
KING CHARLES COCKTAIL
2 OZ. HIGHCLERE CASTLE GIN
.25 OZ. MACALLAN 12 OR SINGLE MALT SCOTCH
.5 OZ. FRESH LEMON JUICE
.5 OZ. ORANGE CURACAO
.25 OZ. MACALLAN 12 OR SINGLE MALT SCOTCH
.5 OZ. FRESH LEMON JUICE
.5 OZ. ORANGE CURACAO
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake. Strain into cocktail coup. Garnish with Rosemary Sprig.
FUN THYMES
1.5 OZ. HIGHCLERE CASTLE GIN
1 OZ, THYME-INFUSED TRIPLE SEC
1 OZ. LEMON JUICE
1 OZ, THYME-INFUSED TRIPLE SEC

ROSEMARY FOAM
Add all ingredients (except foam) to a shaker with ice. Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a glass. Top with Rosemary foam. Rosemary Foam – Make a strong rosemary tincture by filling a jar with rosemary and topping with gin. Let steep for several days. Add a few drops of the rested tincture to a shaker with five ice cubes and one egg. Hard shake until the mixture becomes a foam. Alternative foam method – add several rosemary sprigs to a shaker with a shot of water and muddle together hard. Add five ice cubes and one egg white. Hard shake until the mixture becomes a foam.
