Fraser & Thompson Cocktail Recipes
Whiskey Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Fraser & Thompson Whiskey
- 1/2 to 1 ounce simple syrup, to taste
- 1 to 2 ounces club soda, to taste
- Orange slice, lemon slice, or seasonal fruits for garnish
Instructions: In a wine or old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice, build the ingredients. Stir well and top with soda, if desired. Add the fruit garnishes (skewered or piled on top of the ice). Serve with a straw and enjoy.
Whiskey Smash
2 ounces Fraser & Thompson Whiskey
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 4 mint leaves
- 3 lemon wedges
- Garnish with mint sprig
Instructions: Muddle the lemon wedges in a shaker. Add F&T whiskey, simple syrup, mint leaves and ice, and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Honey Whiskey Sour
for the honey simple syrup:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
for the cocktail:
- 1 oz Fraser & Thompson Whiskey
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1.5 oz Honey Simple Syrup
- 1.5 oz Orange Juice
- .5 oz freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Bitters
- Brandied cherries
Instructions: For the simple syrup, combine the honey and water in a small saucepan. Bring to just a simmer, then remove from heat and let cool. Store in the fridge. For the cocktail, whisk all of the ingredients, except the cherries, in a bowl (or use a cocktail shaker filled with ice). Pour over ice. Add cherries, they’re mandatory.
F&Tea
- .5 parts Fraser & Thompson Whiskey
- 4 parts iced tea
- .5 parts citrus juice
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
