Unique Asian Fusion Eatery Now Open for Weekend Brunch

Unique Asian Fusion restaurant, Tokyo Cowboy, introduces brunch every Saturday & Sunday from 10am-2pm.

Popular Asian inspired restaurant, Tokyo Cowboy, located at 135 E. Commerce St, San Antonio, TX 78205 will be opening their doors Saturdays & Sundays from 10am-2pm for brunch.

Known for their Texas aesthetic and Asian eats, Tokyo Cowboy will be offering an array of sweet & savory brunch plates & drinks. From delicious brunch staples like chicken & waffles and steak & eggs, to uniquely curated dishes like the sukiyaki burger and shrimp & rice grits, there are various options to choose from. For those with a sweet tooth, there are delightful platters like the yuzu-meringue pie, or the five spiced waffle.

If guests want to elevate their experience, there is also a curated drink menu to browse. With brunch classics like the mimosa, to more creative spins like the kimchi bloody mary, there is a drink for everyone. For wine and beer lovers, there is a wide selection of Asian based ale and classic wine choices. Alongside, a top notch sake collection.

The menu is Asian-inspired, casual, comforting, unpretentious, and accessible. The restaurant space sits on a vibrant block of the San Antonio Riverwalk, located above sister location and crowd favorite tiki bar, Hugman’s Oasis
