The Dinner at Tributary
At the ticketed party on Saturday, Dec. 31, guests will enjoy a festive dinner buffet at the on-site restaurant Tributary, led by Chef Ben Annotti, who’s creative and flavorsome menu items have been regularly featured on Great Day San Antonio (Butternut Squash Risotto; Shrimp and Grits; Sweet Potato Ravioli).
The buffet will be available from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., and it will feature a spread of seafood, prime rib, house-made breads, local cheeses, a variety of desserts and much more, as well as a champagne toast. Additionally, a special VIP Experience on the hotel’s second-floor atrium will provide private seating overlooking the live band and dance floor, a complimentary tequila tasting, champagne plus access to a private bar to purchase additional drinks and cocktails. Indulge at a dessert reception and make memories with the photo station and a digital caricature artist.
