Stone Oak Wine Bar in North San Antonio is Hosting a Taste of Morocco Dinner
The Stone Oak wine bar, Copa Wine Bar & Tasting Room, located at 19141 Stone Oak Pkwy, Suite 704, San Antonio, Texas 78258, is hosting a “Taste of Morocco” Wine and Dine event on Thursday, March 28th at 7:00 pm.

Copa is bringing Morocco to Texas. Guests have the opportunity to sample the exotic flavors of North Africa this month and can expect an evening of delicious food pairings. For only $75 per person, participants will indulge in a four course tasting menu paired with perfectly complementary wines.
About the Menu:
Those looking to indulge their pallet can expect a flavor filled night of exotic spices & interesting textures. To start, guests will enjoy the Moroccan classic, Zaalou, made with roasted eggplant and tomato salad served with a warm flatbread & paired with Michel Armand Muscadet. Followed by Saffron Chicken Tagine – which utilizes a cooking method known throughout the region that imparts amazing flavor to the meat during the slow cooking process. Guests will then be treated to Grilled Kefta with Moroccan Salad consisting of ground beef and lamb skewers with chopped vegetable salad and turmeric rice paired with Michel Armand Chenin Blanc.
To finish off the meal Tfah Over Vanilla Ice Cream will be served. Tfah is a traditional dessert made with apples simmered in sugar, spices, and orange flower water which is then served over vanilla ice cream with coconut wafers & will be paired with Michel Armand Chenin Blanc, Vouvray.
