CULINARIA is pleased to announce that San Antonio Restaurant Weeks Winter Edition will return to the Alamo City bringing two delicious weeks of prix-fixe dining to residents and visitors alike. As preparations begin, restaurant sign-ups are officially open, inviting establishments across the region to join one of San Antonio’s most anticipated culinary celebrations.
About Culinaria San Antonio Restaurant Weeks
Taking place January 17-31, 2026, San Antonio Restaurant Weeks will once again spotlight the city’s vibrant culinary landscape by offering specially priced, multi-course menus designed to encourage diners to explore new restaurants and revisit longtime favorites. Participating restaurants may offer three-course lunch menus for $20-$30 and three-course dinner menus priced at $35–$55 for upscale experiences, with proceeds supporting CULINARIA’s year-round mission to uplift San Antonio’s food and beverage community.
“Restaurant Weeks has long been a cornerstone of how we introduce diners to the depth and diversity of San Antonio’s culinary talent,” CULINARIA President/CEO Suzanne Taranto-Etheredge said. “Winter 2026 promises to be one of our most exciting years yet, and we’re thrilled to welcome back restaurants and chefs who help make this event a true citywide celebration.”
Several restaurants have already committed to participating in the 2026 event, including Ladino, bringing bold Mediterranean flavors; Frederick’s Bistro, known for refined French cuisine; and Brenner’s on the River Walk, the beloved riverside steakhouse. Many more restaurants are expected to join in the coming months.
Attention Restaurants
Culinaria invites restaurants of all styles and sizes—from neighborhood gems to fine-dining destinations—to take part in this marquee culinary event. Interested restaurants can review program details and complete their registration online at: https://www.satxrestaurantweek.com/restaurantsignup.
Restaurants have been known to add on a seasonal cocktail, wine pairing or a by-the-glass offering. One of those might include a cocktail or beer from Shiner, one of the newest supporters of Restaurant Weeks.
Culinaria will also once again welcome participation from San Antonio’s boutique hotel community, offering visitors curated stay-and-dine experiences throughout Restaurant Weeks. Hotel Emma, a previous supporter of the program, returns as the first confirmed hotel partner for the Winter 2026 edition. Additional boutique hotels are expected to join in the coming months, further enriching the citywide celebration and providing diners with elevated hospitality options that complement the Restaurant Weeks experience.
