About Steak Board Saturdays

Copa is raising the bar for cuisine boards with the new Steak Board Saturdays. For only $60 per person, guests will indulge in a perfectly crafted steak board, alternating between hand-cut Ribeye and NY Strips, bursting with flavors and memories. The board features roasted heirloom carrots and new potatoes, dill pickles, cream cheese stuffed sweet peppers, and a mini baguette with an herb Parmesan butter candle. With your choice of three delectable sauce selections: Dijon Cream, Italian Salsa Verde, and Old Fashioned Steak Sauce.
