River Walk Hotel Host a Dobel Tequila Dinner on Thursday, May 16
River Walk hotel, Hotel Valencia Riverwalk is hosting a Dobel Tequila Dinner in its Argentinean-inspired restaurant, Dorrego’s on Thursday, May 16 at 6:30 p.m. The evening begins with a Hisbiscus Sparkler cocktail (Dobel Pavito, hibiscus syrup, honey syrup, mint, lemon juice and Topo Chico). This will be followed by:
First Course –
Baja-Style Shrimp and Scallop Ceviche with a Cucumber Smash Cocktail (Dobel Silver Tequila, ginger syrup, cucumber and lime juice).
Second Course –
Grilled Quail with Oaxacan Mole Negro and Lobster Tamale Tart, accompanied by a Cristalino Sour (Maestro Dobel Diamante, Cointreau, agave, lime juice, grapefruit juice, egg white and grapefruit sugar).
Third Course –
Barbacoa Braised Short Rib served with Jicama and Cucumber Salad and Fresh Blue Corn tortillas, served with an El Padrino (Dobel Anejo, angostura bitters, mole bitters, agave, orange peel and luxardo cherry).
Palate Cleanser–
Topo Chico with Lemon
Dessert –
Trio of House-Spun Sorbets with La Dulce (Dobel 50).
