The holiday menu includes a delectable spread that includes a salad and charcuterie station; a cold bar with peel-and-eat shrimp, oysters on the half shell, crab claws and caviar; a carving station with leg of lamb, chateaubriand, smoked pork loin and several sauces; lobster thermador and herbed goat cheese stuffed breast of chicken; an array of side dishes; and a dessert station.
