Restaurant Launches New Monthly Pizza Collaboration that Gives Back
This February, Fife & Farro Launches Monthly Give Back Pizza Special with Restaurant Collabs.
Food has always been one of the most powerful ways to show up for a community – and Fife & Farro is leaning into that idea with a new monthly pizza collaboration series that gives back. The heritage grain wood-fired pizza and pasta restaurant inside Pullman Market is offering an ongoing monthly pizza collaboration series, inviting chefs and culinary partners to put their spin on a special pie. Each collaboration runs for an entire month, with 5% of proceeds benefiting the San Antonio Food Bank, helping support families across Southwest Texas facing food insecurity. Fife & Farro is working towards turning a single slice into sustained impact, for an easy way for guests to support a cause that touches so many in the city.

Starting February 1, the series will feature Ladino, followed by Gigi’s Deli for the month of March—giving guests a delicious reason to return each month. By extending each collaboration over a full month, Fife & Farro turns everyday dining into a simple, meaningful way to support neighbors in need.
February Pizza Details: This month’s pizza collaboration features Sujuk sausage layered with Kefolatyri cheese, roasted and marinated tomatoes, red onion, and fresh herbs, finished with a drizzle of pomegranate molasses and Skhug vinaigrette for a bright, savory-spiced finish.

About Ladino
Located in the Historic Pearl, Ladino is a modern Mediterranean grill house celebrating all the cultures and cuisines of the Mediterranean region. Ladino features fresh-made pita from a wood-burning oven, an abundance of dips and small plates, and entrees from the ‘mangal’ – regional specialties cooked on a live-fire, charcoal grill. Desserts are inspired by the sweet and savory staples of the region with a modern touch, and the beverage program highlights the area’s wines and spirits.

Ladino, also referred to as Judeo-Spanish, is a mix of Castellano, French, Italian, Greek, Turkish and Hebrew. The language follows the route of the Jewish people’s migration from Spain dating back to the mid 1500s. Slowly on the path to extinction, this language is still spoken by some Sephardic Jews mainly in the Balkans, Greece, Turkey and Israel. Brought to you by the Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group.
