Pearl’s Favorite Italian Hangout Spot is Now Doing a Full Lunch Service

This week, Pearl’s favorite Italian hangout spot — Arrosta —  will introduce a robust full-service lunch for diners craving classic “Comfort Italian” dishes midday. On the heels of Chef Robbie Nowlin’s success reimagining the restaurant’s dinner menu earlier this fall, Arrosta is taking over the lunchtime rush from her more upscale sister restaurant, Allora, so big sis can work on a few new surprises of her own.

“The new dinner menu at Arrosta was well-received,” said Maverick Restaurant Group President Peter Selig. “It was absolutely incredible. We’ve been working on some really exciting things at Allora, so it was a natural move to let Arrosta handle lunch. After the reception we got for dinner service, we knew she was ready to take on more.”

Arrosta’s first full-service lunch will launch Wednesday, November 9, with everyone’s favorite offerings from the dinner menu, as well as two new panini options. Starting the following week, on November 14, Arrosta will also be open on Mondays, so diners can get their eggplant and chicken parm fixes all week long.

Lunch hours at Arrosta will run Monday through Sunday from 11 AM to 2:30 PM, then the restaurant will open back up for dinner service from 5 to 10 PM.
