October is Texas Wine Month and it’s our favorite time of year here at Texas Hill Country Wineries! Join us as we bring you the Texas Wine Month Passport event running from October 1 – 31. Explore the picturesque Texas Hill Country and discover award-winning wines with complimentary tastings and exclusive discounts at 45+ unique Hill Country wineries. Whether you choose to indulge for a single day or embrace the full 31-day adventure, savor the richness of Texas wine country on this extraordinary self-guided tour.
Unlike past events, the passport tickets can now be used during all regular business hours of the wineries, however reservations are required at most locations.

Cleburne Wine and Artisan Festival

The Cleburne Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce the upcoming Cleburne Wine and Artisan Festival.

$30- must be purchased on-site- no pre-sales.
The first 100 paid wine tastings will receive a wine glass in a gift bag with a few surprises! Make sure to get there early!
The Cleburne Wine and Artisan Festival is an event that brings together the community with fun activities while showcasing local wineries. It will take place Saturday, Oct. 7 from noon to 7 p.m. in Downtown Cleburne. The event will showcase wine tastings, live entertainment, vendors, food trucks, and much more to make the experience engaging for all. Wedding Oak Winery | Burnet Wine Train
Sunday, October 8th at 11 am
Enjoy the Wine Train as it takes you to Wedding Oak Winery in Burnet, Texas! Passengers will enjoy a 2-hour train ride from Cedar Park spanning the South San Gabriel River while enjoying an intimate talk and wine tasting with members of the Wedding Oak family.

Hico Art & Wine Festival
Saturday, October 14, 12 pm – 5 pm
Please join us for our Annual Art & Wine Festival. This includes a wine walk, local artisan vendors and so much more. Proceeds raised go to the Hico ISD Arts Department. Day of tickets can be purchased at the Visitor Center at 129 North Pecan from 12pm-4pm.

This year we are featuring 10 award winning Texas Wineries! Each event ticket entitles you to 2 tastings per winery.
Downtown shops will be hosting an outstanding Texas winery and talented local artists inside their stores. Enjoy a day of art, wine, and live music as you shop historic downtown Hico!
Benefitting the Hico ISD Art Department, this event is proudly presented by the Hico Chamber of Commerce and Go Texan! Tickets/tasting glasses will be available for pick up from 11:00 am -4:00 pm, the day of the event, at Peppermint Park, located next to City Hall on First Street in Hico. There are a limited number of tickets available so get yours today!

Come join us for a night of nostalgic music from the 70’s! Dj Wood will be playing all your favorite hits from the era. So get your dancing shoes on and join us for a night of fun and nostalgia! Wine will be available for purchase.
