Notable SA Restaurants Have Announced Their Special Menu Offerings for Culinaria Restaurant Weeks

 

 

 

Several notable SA restaurants among the many participating establishments in Culinaria’s Restaurant Weeks have announced their special menu offerings. Culinaria Restaurant Week, benefiting the non-profit Culinaria organization, runs from January 18th through February 1st.

 

 

 

List of Restaurants:

 

Costa Pacifica

is presenting a $35 three-course dinner menu featuring Marinero Rice with shrimp, octopus, and fish as an appetizer, followed by Chamorro al Guajillo – a guajillo-infused braised pork shank served with pinto beans and guacamole. The menu concludes with Flan de Elote, a house-made sweet corn custard topped with cajeta and pecans. Their menu will be available Monday through Sunday from 11am – 2am for dine in only.

The $35 dinner menu features premium cuts including a 6 oz Dean & Peeler Filet, Steak & Shrimp, or an 8 oz Ribeye, complemented by classic desserts like Apple Pie à la Mode or Cheesecake.

The Los Barrios Restaurant Group’s three locations
Los Barrios restaurant, Hacienda De Los Barrios, and Viola’s Ventanas – will offer their special menus Tuesday through Sunday. Each location’s lunch menu is priced at $20 per person and dinner at $30 per person.  For lunch, served from 11am to 3pm, guests can enjoy a warming Tortilla Soup to start, followed by a Quesa Taco with choice of chicken or beef fajita, concluding with a traditional Sopapilla dessert.

The dinner menu begins with a traditional Beef Empanada, followed by Pollo En Salsa – featuring grilled chicken breasts topped with choice of salsa and Queso Chihuahua, served with Spanish rice and frijoles a la charra. A Creamy Vanilla Flan provides a sweet finale to the meal.
