New Underground Ultra Lounge Announces Opening in The Creamery District
New Underground Ultra Lounge, Easy Baby Underground, the fourth concept at The Creamery District, located at 875 E. Ashby Place, Suite 1030, San Antonio, TX 78212, announces opening.
From the minds of Only One Hospitality, known for San Antonio concepts Crème Coffee & Social, Hook Land & Sea, Amelia Social Lounge, and 1902 Nightclub, comes a hip new ultra lounge delivering a full bar, specialty cocktails and turntablists spinning classics from the 1970s to the early 2000s.
Built underneath the sophisticated Amelia Social Lounge, guests will navigate past velour couches and remnants of vintage machinery to reach the hidden curtained entrance. The drawn curtain reveals a historic concrete staircase contrasted by the glow of modern neon lights. As the steps go down the pulse goes up, reaching the bottom floor reveals a dimly lit bar with an elevated DJ booth, sleek seating and classic records adorning the walls.
Throwback Cocktails at Walk-Up Bar
Easy Baby currently offers a variety of throwback cocktails like the Cosmopolitan & Espresso Martini. For the adventurous palette, one can find more prolific drinks like The Penicillin & classic Vodka Martini with an experiential Caviar bump. All selections are available at a full-service walk-up bar operating on a first-come, first-served basis, with certain tables available for bottle service. The fun libations are only matched by the beats of generational playlists performed by live DJs each night.

Easy Baby’s hours of operation will be Thursday-Saturday from 9pm-2am. Elevated casual attire is encouraged for guests.
More Information About The Creamery:
The much anticipated Creamery District is a mixed-use project to redevelop and revitalize the historic Borden’s Dairy plant. The Creamery covers five acres along the San Antonio River and consists of apartments and office space, as well as a restaurant, bars, and an outdoor pavilion. The location offers easy access to Hwy 281 and is near San Antonio’s most beloved destinations such as The Alamo, The San Antonio Riverwalk, and The Pearl.
Easy Baby is just the fourth of six food and beverage concepts to open in the highly awaited new San Antonio destination coined The Creamery District. Two more spaces will complete the first phase of the complex: Lunatique – the rooftop garden at Amelia which will be located atop the historic building complete with views & cocktails and a secret project still under tight wraps waiting its public debut. A pavilion, currently under final construction, will be the center of The Creamery District and will host diverse community programs such as markets, pop-ups, and monthly events. More projects, including secret rooms and pop-ups are next to be announced.
