New Social Lounge is Now Open in the Creamery District San Antonio
New Social Lounge, Amelia Social Lounge, located at 875 E. Ashby Place, Suite 1120, San Antonio, TX 78212 is the third concept at The Creamery District launched February 15th. The intimate lounge will hold a 3 day long celebration starting on Thursday, February 15th and concluding on Saturday, January 17th.
About The Creamery District
From the owners of Only One Hospitality, known for San Antonio concepts Crème Coffee & Social, Hook Land & Sea, and 1902 Nightclub, comes a new social lounge and bar delivering an extensive wine list, classic cocktails, and small plates. Named in honor of the legendary aviatrix, Amelia Earhart, the brand centers around the theme of empowering women. This marks the third among several food and beverage outlets to open in the recently established eat, drink, & play district recognized as The Creamery District. Amidst original factory remnants, Amelia Social Lounge is a gathering spot where you can find a cozy corner, pull up a stool at the bar, or relax on the patio while savoring all the delights with subtle tributes to the past.
What’s on the Menu
Currently offering a variety of classic cocktails like the New York Sour & Classic Gin Martini. With the inclusion of more eclectic selections like the Jungle Bird, Tequila Daisy, & Aviation. Well paired with some incredibly delicious bites like Citrus Cured Smoked Salmon, Roasted Dates, & Assorted Deviled Eggs.
Amelia Social Lounge will be celebrating their Grand Opening with a 3 day-long celebration from February 15th-17th with cocktail specials from 4pm-7pm, half off wine by the glass ALL night, and live entertainment.
Amelia’s hours of operation will be Sunday-Wednesday from 4pm-10pm and Thursday-Saturday from 4pm-12pm.

The much anticipated The Creamery District is a mixed-use project to redevelop and revitalize the historic Borden Dairy plant. The Creamery covers five acres along the San Antonio River and consists of apartments and office space, as well as restaurants and an outdoor pavilion. The location offers easy access to Hwy 281 and is near San Antonio’s most beloved destinations such as The Alamo, The San Antonio Riverwalk, and The Pearl.
Amelia is just the third of five food and beverage concepts to open in the highly awaited The Creamery District. Two additional spaces will complete the complex: Easy Baby, an underground ultra-lounge and Lunatique – the rooftop garden at Amelia which will be located atop the historic building complete with views, cocktails and DJ entertainment. The Pavilion centers The Creamery District and will host diverse community programs such as markets, pop-ups, and monthly events.
