New Seafood Fusion Hotspot Rings in the New Year by Opening in the Creamery District

 

 

 

New Seafood Fusion Hotspot, Hook Land & Sea, has their Grand Opening, taking place January 15th thru the 20th from 11am to 9pm.

 

 

The new restaurant, located at 875 E. Ashby Place, Bldg 2 & 3 San Antonio, Texas 78212 is the second concept at The Creamery District to launch January 15th. The fusion cuisine eatery will hold a week-long celebration with daily specials starting on Monday, January 15th and culminating on Saturday, January 20th.

From the owners of Only One Hospitality, known for San Antonio concepts Crème – Coffee & Social and 1902 Nightclub, comes a new restaurant serving options from the land & sea along with plenty of cocktail & spectacular wine offerings. This is the second of several food and beverage outlets to open in the newly established eat, drink, & play district known as The Creamery. Hook Land & Sea will be a gathering spot to enjoy fusion cuisine drawing inspiration from Asian, Mexican, and International backgrounds.

Currently offering Asian inspired delights like Chicken Banh Mi and Sriracha Shrimp Roll. To some Mexican classics like their Salmon Tostada and Quesabirria with hints of international inspiration. Alongside more experimental dishes such as Pato Al Pastor Tacos, Fish Chicharron Bowl, or Grilled Octopus. Well paired with some incredibly refreshing beverages like Adult Slushies, Make Your Own Mixers, and Signature Cocktails including: the Cilantro Pineapple Margarita, Lychee On The Rocks, Hook Painkiller, & Prickly Pear Collins.

More Information About The Creamery:

The much anticipated “The Creamery District” is a mixed-use project to redevelop and revitalize the historic Borden Dairy plant. The Creamery covers five acres along the San Antonio River and consists of apartments and office space, as well as restaurants and an outdoor pavilion. The location offers easy access to Hwy 281 and is near San Antonio’s most beloved destinations such as The Alamo, The San Antonio Riverwalk, and The Pearl.

Hook is just the second of five food and beverage concepts to open in the highly awaited Creamery District. Three additional spaces will complete The Creamery. Easy Baby, an underground ultra-lounge. Amelia, The Creamery’s social lounge complete with a patio and bar that boasts a craft cocktail program & extensive wine list. As well as Lunatique – the rooftop garden at Amelia which will be located atop the historic building complete with views, cocktails and DJ entertainment.
