Founder Roxanna Solis
Roxanna Solis, founder of the digital kitchen, Las Perlitas Latin Street Food, located in San Antonio’s 5 Point District, is a visionary business owner from a lineage of successful entrepreneurs. Inspired by her father’s business acumen, she leads Las Perlitas with her sister Darlene Solis, who serves as the operations manager. With a passion for culinary excellence and a spirit of innovation, Roxanna Solis plans to shape Las Perlitas into a haven for delectable Latin street food, embodying her dedication to craftsmanship, community, and the pursuit of entrepreneurial success.
The Cuisine
Las Perlitas currently features a menu of a select variety of classic Latin and Latin Caribbean entrées: Tacos al Vapor, Empanadillas, Pinchos, and Fried Pork Belly with yucca fries. Complementing these dishes are two delicious sides: Arroz Amarillo and Frijoles Rojos Guisados. For dessert, patrons can enjoy Horchata Tres Leches Cake and Choco-Cheesecake Flan. Further additions to the menu are planned for a later date.

Available for delivery and pickup, Las Perlitas operates at Lombrano Food Hall from Tuesday through Friday. Patrons can enjoy a delicious lunch from 11am to 3pm, and return for an equally delightful dinner from 5pm to 9pm. The convenient hours ensure that customers can savor their favorite Latin street food at both midday and evening times. In addition to their physical location, Las Perlitas is available to cater private events throughout the San Antonio area and will host pop ups periodically.
