New fantastic specials at Carriqui Include New signature menu item, Carriqui Ribs and live music happening every Sunday. There will also be half priced margaritas all day on Mondays with new flavor options.
WHAT:
Potluck Hospitality is excited to announce that Carriqui is celebrating spring break the month of March with the introduction of some special programming, including a celebration of our favorite South Texas beverage – the mighty margarita with a new menu of specialty margaritas and tequilas and ‘Margarita Mondays’ featuring ½ off the traditional Carriqui Margarita and traditional frozen Margarita all day on Mondays.
New additions to the Margarita menu will include:

Strawberry Margarita with infused cilantro syrup and a citrus salt rim

Frozen Mangonada Margarita with fresh mangos and a spicy chamoy and tajin rim

La Picosita with chile infused tequila, lime, orange bitters and wildflower honey.
‘Smokehouse Sundays’
‘Smokehouse Sundays’ invite San Antonio to come party on the patio, with live music and Carriqui’s new signature menu item, Carriqui Ribs. Prepared with Carriqui’s signature mixed chile dry rub, the spare ribs will only be available on Sundays. Local DJs will perform live from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m., including DJ Steven Lee Moya performing this Sunday, March 12, DJ Cami on March 19, and DJ Plata on March 26.
