Mark Your Calendar for Alamo Heights Night Which Returns to UIW on Friday, April 21st



Mark you calendar for the 35th Annual Alamo Heights Night® celebration will take place on Friday April 21st, 5:30pm to 11:30pm, at the campus of the University of the Incarnate Word at 4301 Broadway.

“It’s Party Time in ’09”®, as the event has been nicknamed (“09” being the last two digits of the Alamo Heights zip code), is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, live music and vast selection of eats from some of San  Antonio’s favorite restaurants as well as traditional Fiesta fare. The mouthwatering selections will be complimented by adult beverages in the beer and wine gardens.

Live Music & Entertainment

Two stages will feature live music from bands such as Rick Cavender Band, Finding Friday, Ruben V, Stereomonde, The Regimes and more. The festive setting will be punctuated by a carnival midway that will captivate kids of all ages with activities including a Rock Climbing Wall plus Human Hamsterballs, Laser Tag and more. Unlimited ride wristbands will be available, in addition to single-ride tickets.

Admission and Parking Information

Admission is free for children under 12 and for all active duty and reserve military with a valid ID. Tickets are $5 for ages 12-17 and students with a valid ID, $20 for adults and $200 for VIP. Tickets are available online at Free park and ride service available from Alamo Heights Methodist Church, Alamo Heights High School, Incarnate Word High School, and the San Antonio Zoo Garage on Tuleta.  Shuttles  will  run  from 5:15pm until 12 midnight. Free parking will also be available in the UIW parking lot on the southwest corner of  Hildebrand & Broadway (formerly the AT&T parking lot).





Security screening will be in place at all entrances. Bags/containers larger than 12”x12”x6” are prohibited (with the exception of materials for use for babies or health reasons). For more details and a complete list of prohibited items, please visit this link:

The  Alamo  Heights  Rotary  Club  has   raised   over   $2,400,000   in   support   of   non-   profit organizations and community service activities since its inception. Alamo Heights  Night®, an official Fiesta® event since 2014, is their largest fund raiser, organized by over 100 volunteer Rotarians who head numerous  committees  and  recruit  500+  volunteers  to  make the event a success. 2023 sponsors include Glazer’s, Frost, Cavender Auto Group, Paisano’s and 7600 Broadway.
