The new food hall, The Club House at The CO-OP SA, now houses many food trucks that once resided at StreetFare SA.

When owner of The CO-OP SA, Stephen Paprocki, heard that all of the food trucks that were situated at the StreetFare SA food truck park had just lost their home in November of last year, he knew he had to jump in and help.

One Door Closes

“I read about StreetFare closing in the paper and felt really bad for all those businesses. My wife and business partner, Elizabeth Bolger Paprocki, suggested I reach out to them. I’ve been wanting to do something with the former micro brewery space we had on property, so I thought, hey, let’s make something of this, and so we did,” says Paprocki.

Paprocki contacted all of the displaced food trucks and invited them to relocate their mobile businesses to The CO-OP SA, in front of Units 201 to 206, which are visible from the road.

“Stephen really saved our lives!” said Chelsea Sanchez, co-owner of Bob & Timmys on Wheels. “It really means a lot to us that he came to our rescue, and we’re very excited about our new home on the northside at The CO-OP.”

A New Bar

Paprocki then quickly transformed the former Islla St. Brewing space to operate as a family-friendly indoor food hall, dubbed The Club House at The CO-OP SA, complete with picnic tables and games for friends and families to play.

“I’ve always loved food parks and the opportunity to sample an array of fun foods, but I’ve never liked how they’re invariably at the weather’s mercy,” says Paprocki. “So with our indoor food hall, now it doesn’t matter if it’s sweltering or raining outside. You can grab all your goodies, come inside, relax and have fun.”

The “OG” is a classic margarita with 22 mg of the CBD Tequila; “La Playa” is margarita infused with 22 mg of the CDB Rum; “Summer” is a CBD Gin margarita and “Unloaded” is simply the margarita mix.

“I absolutely dig the vibe here. It’s a fun way for people to sample our spirits in some yummy mocktails, get a healthy buzz and enjoy a variety of delicious bites from some really cool food trucks,” says Conaway.
