Local Brewery Hosts Monthly Women’s Empowerment Event
Local Brewery, Free Roam Brewery, located at 325 S. Main St. in Boerne, TX, is hosting a monthly women’s empowerment gathering in their beer garden dubbed Women’s Night.
The event, inspired by their successful Men’s Night series, will take place on the first Thursday of every month. The inaugural meet up took place on September 7th with guest speaker Emma Faye Rudkin, Founder of the non-profit Aid the Silent. An advocate of the hard of hearing & deaf community her organization supports kids and teens with disabilities through resources, awareness, education & ministry.
The next Women`s Night will be held on October 5th from 7pm-9pm in the brewery’s beer garden with a full selection of wine & brews as well as food available for purchase from local food trucks. Attendance for the event is free of charge & the brewery hopes to build community through their monthly meet-ups. The guest speaker for October’s event will be announced via the brewery’s social media pages in the coming weeks.

Guests can enjoy Free Roam Brewery’s eight rotating beers Monday – Sunday from 11am-12am. Additionally, patrons can participate in fun weekly events at the brewery such as Monday Run Club, Trivia Tuesdays, and Live Music every weekend. Located in the back of the brewery is Free Roam’s newly renovated Beer Garden, featuring an outdoor bar, plenty of seating and space for the kiddos to run while you enjoy your favorite cold one. A stage built on the bed of an old Ford truck lines the side wall & hosts frequent live music entertainment, community activities, & special events that are a weekly staple at Free Roam.
