Jason Dady Restaurants Unveil Romantic Valentine’s Day Menus
WHAT:
Jason Dady Restaurant Group will offer romantic chef-curated prix-fixe dinners at Range, Tre Trattoria and Roca & Martillo for Valentine’s Day on Saturday, Feb. 14. All three restaurants will serve delicious multicourse dinners with optional wine pairings, perfect for celebrating with someone special.
Range’s five-course dinner for $110 per person includes dishes like “Cacio e Pepe” Deviled Eggs; Carnaroli “King Risotto” with fresh English peas, garden herb salad, pecorino romano, toasted pine nuts and Meyer lemon creme fraiche; Bourbon-Glazed Bone-In Pork Tomahawk with Charred Broccolini; and Mississippi Mud Pie with Nutella torte, cocoa nibs, ganache and vanilla bean chantilly for dessert.

Tre Trattoria will serve a five-course menu for $110 per person, featuring signature dishes including Lobster Bisque with chive crema; Slow-Braised Lamb Ragu Radiatore with arugula, mint, Meyer lemon crema and gremolata; Pan-Seared Potato Gnocchi with Fontina Fondue; and the Nutella X3 dessert that features a torte, ganache and mousse all made with Nutella.

Roca & Martillo will offer a four-course Valentine’s Day dinner for $85 per person, featuring dishes like Tuscan Risotto Arancini, Housemade Caesar Salad, Parmigiano Fried Chicken and Petite White Chocolate Cheesecake with strawberries three ways and nougat for dessert. In partnership with The Rock at La Cantera’s Flirty Flix event, Roca & Martillo will also offer charcuterie and cheese spreads for two, available for purchase at the Roca bar window for guests to enjoy on the lawn during back-to-back screenings of “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” and “Sweet Home Alabama,” starting at 5 PM.

Wine pairings are available for each dinner, starting at $40 per person. Specialty aperitifs are available to purchase at each restaurant, including drinks like Love Rush with whiskey, lemon and rose syrup, and Juliette’s Rose with elderflower-rose Empress gin, coconut and hibiscus.
