It’s Time to Try Delicious Margaritas Throughout the San Antonio Area

It’s time to sample some interesting versions of the mighty Margarita. These restaurants are hosting National Margarita Day promotions on Wednesday, February 22nd.

As National Margarita Day approaches on Wednesday, February 22nd, here is a list of several local businesses offering promotional offers to celebrate San Antonian’s most favorite cocktail.

Smashin’ Crab, with its three area locations, will be offering a two-for-one special on all of their margarita varieties. Each Smash’d Margarita cocktail consists of the restaurant’s signature Smash’d Mix that is hand shaken over ice with flavors including Classic, Guava, Mango, Passion Fruit, Prickly Pear, Strawberry, and Watermelon. Additionally, the seafood eatery offers a spicy version for guests to imbibe that includes Ancho Reyes Verde Liqueur, and Jalapeno Pepper. The offer will only be available on February 22nd at San Antonio area locations only.

The Good Kind, located at 1127 S. St. Mary’s St., is offering guests half-price off their botanical take on the classic cocktail concoction throughout the day on February 22nd. The TGK Margarita, available frozen or on the rocks, features Tequila Blanco, fresh lime & orange juice, house made simple syrup, & a splash of soda. Guests can also enjoy a variety of additional flavor combos including peach, mango, strawberry, hibiscus, and cherry lime for an additional charge.

Music venue, Picks Bar, located at 4553 N Loop 1604 W #1101, is celebrating with Margarita specials from 4pm-2am, including $5 Cazadores Margaritas on the rocks & $18 Cazadores pitchers. Also on the list are Patron Repo Margaritas for $7. Representatives from Patron will also be on site from 7:30pm – 9:30pm with some promotional materials and a giveaway opportunity. Guests can also indulge in complimentary chips & salsa for the night as well as belt out a few tunes during the bar’s Live Band Karaoke, starting at 9:30pm.

Classic diner, The Hayden, is participating in the fun with $5 margaritas throughout the day. Both frozen & on the rocks versions of their margaritas will be available in flavor varieties such as Peach, Coconut, Hibiscus, and Spicy for guests to enjoy.
