Hotel Celebrates Fiesta with Ten Days of Events, Specials, and Celebrations in Honor of this City Holiday

Hotel Contessa, the intimate, all-suite hotel overlooking San Antonio’s beloved Riverwalk, announces ten-days of events, specials, and celebrations in honor of Fiesta. The hotel will activate for Fiesta with events and dinners you won’t want to miss, as well as a Fiesta cocktail menu and Fiesta Medals with a charitable giveback.

EVENTS AT HOTEL CONTESSA + AMBLER TEXAS KITCHEN + COCKTAILS:
April 20: Fiesta Spa Wellness Event from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Relax and unwind before all the Fiesta festivities with multiple spa vendors, local boutique craft vendors, chair massages, and live music.
Ambler Chocolate and Tequila Tasting from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Head to Ambler for a pairing to delight your palate! Casamigos will partner with a local chocolatier for the evening. FREE. 21+
April 21: Noche De Fiesta Special Performance by Mateo Lopez at Ambler from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Live mariachi concert by the Guinness world record holder for the youngest mariachi band. Casamigos will offer a complimentary tequila tasting for Ambler guests.
April 22: Live Music and Live Fire Cooking with Fiesta Flair on the outside patio at Ambler from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
April 23: Fiesta Brunch offered at Ambler from 11:00 PM to 3:00 PM, along with live music.
April 24: Texas Cavaliers Watch Party pre-party at Hotel Contessa from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM – the parade will arrive shortly after. Tickets cost $55 per person; please visit Eventbrite for more information and tickets.
Ambler will offer a Prefix Dinner on the patio starting at 7:00 PM with views of the Texas Cavalier Parade. The dinner for 4ppl includes a prefix dinner, 4 Ambler medals, a carafe of Casamigos margaritas, valet parking and 4 chairs on river level. The dinner for 4 is available for $700 per table.
April 25-28: NIOSA Back Dock Party At Hotel Contessa will take place daily from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM for those attending NIOSA to stop by before or after attending NIOSA. There will be a bar, balloon selfie wall, cocktail tables, and a DJ keeping the party going.
April 28: Mariachi and Margaritas to Celebrate the Battle of Flowers from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at Ambler. Guests will enjoy margaritas specials, tequila samplings, and live mariachi performances.
April 29: Live Music from Chris Cuevas and Live Fire Cooking with Fiesta Flair during the Flambeau Night Parade from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
April 30: Fiesta Brunch with live music and a mimosa bar.
CHARITABLE COCKTAIL PROGRAM AT AMBLER TEXAS KITCHEN + COCKTAILS:
Ambler Texas Kitchen + Cocktails, the Southern-inspired restaurant with a menu paying homage to the Lone Star State located within Hotel Contessa, has created a special cocktail menu just for Fiesta. $1 from every cocktail on the Fiesta menu will be donated to the Ray Feo Scholarship Fund. The foundation financially supports the aspiration of deserving high school seniors to obtain a college education regardless of race, color, religion, or gender.

Tequila: La Chiflada
Reposado tequila infused with mango, watermelon, strawberry, and pineapple, fresh watermelon juice, fresh lime juice, fresh pineapple juice, and agave nectar
Served in a rocks glass with a tajin rim and fruit skewer
Gin: Agua Fresca de Pepino
Hendricks gin, house-made cucumber Agua Fresca
Served in a pint glass, garnished with cucumber ribbon
Rum: Raspa
Malibu coconut rum, cranberry juice, fresh lime, agave nectar
Served over ice in a rocks glass with lime wedge garnish
Whiskey: Cascarón
High West double rye whiskey, house-made strawberry pineapple syrup, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, and mint

THE SPA AT HOTEL CONTESSA
Relax and recharge after a day of Fiesta festivities with Hotel Contessa’s spa specials. This includes the Hangover Cure for $75, featuring a complimentary cold pressed juice, spa medal, reserved time on the chakra mat, and an under eye treatment. Additionally, The Spa at Hotel Contessa will offer the Fiesta Foot Treatment, an intense foot massage and scrub perfect for tired feet for $50.
FIESTA ROOM PACKAGES AT HOTEL CONTESSA
For out of town guests, or locals looking for a staycation, the Fiesta Package offered by Hotel Contessa is the perfect option. Included in the room package, guests will receive a Hotel Contessa Medal, two flower crowns, glasses, coasters, and two drink vouchers for a Fiesta cocktail. Overnight valet parking is also included.
Several room add-ons are available for purchase, including a limited edition set of Hotel Contessa Fiesta Medals (which includes medals for Hotel Contessa, Spa, and Amber), a Bucket of Fun (choice of 6 domestic beer, import beer, or hard-seltzer), and chips and salsa.
FIESTA MEDALS
Fiesta Medals will be available for purchase at the Hotel Contessa front desk and Ambler host stand. Each medal will cost $15, and $5 from each medal will be donated to the Ray Feo Scholarship Fund. A limited set of 3 available for $40. Medals will be limited, so purchase them at your earliest convenience during Fiesta.
