Highly Anticipated New Braunfels Restaurant, Old City Hall Restaurant & Bar, Open to the public on Feb 17th
The Highly Anticipated New Braunfels Restaurant is housed in a historic 97-year-old building in downtown New Braunfels!
WHAT:
Wiggins Hospitality Group, the team behind successful New Braunfels restaurants McAdoo’s Seafood Company and La Cosecha Mexican Table, is pleased to announce that its latest concept Old City Hall Restaurant & Bar will open to the public on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. The upscale neighborhood restaurant is housed in a near century-old structure that formerly served as the town’s city hall. The building has been thoughtfully restored by the Wiggins family bringing new life to a historic treasure. Old City Hall will begin taking reservations on OpenTable starting Monday, February 9th.
Guests can expect elevated timeless American classics, like, but not limited to:

Texas Beef Tartare (AKA Parisa) – a south Texas delicacy. Finely chopped raw beef tenderloin, white cheddar, shallots, pickled jalapeno, marinated mustard seeds. Served with saltine crackers

Little Gem Caesar – little gem romaine, shredded parmesan, toasted focaccia breadcrumbs and a creamy Caesar dressing

Pigs in a Blanket – mini smoked beef sausages wrapped in puff pastry and served with honey Dijon mustard aioli and black garlic ketchup

Tuna Tartare – sushi-grade yellowfin tuna, diced avocado and mango, fresh lemon & chili oil crisp served with toasted focaccia slices

Spicy Vodka Rigatoni – alla vodka sauce with Italian sausage served with rigatoni pasta and topped with burrata

Peppercorn Filet Mignon – 8 oz certified angus cut with tempura battered onion rings and a creamy au poivre sauce

Steak Frites – 8 oz C.A.B hanger steak sliced and served with skinny fries and a creamy “herb & bourbon” sauce

The Mayor’s Cheeseburger – double beef patties sandwiched with American cheese, house pickles, caramelized onion and a bearnaise aioli. Served with skinny fries
Old City Hall will also feature a distinguished beverage menu with drinks like ice cold martinis, negronis, frozen gin & tonics and more. The restaurant will seat approximately 200 guests with private dining spaces available. Old City Hall will be open for dinner service only, with plans to start lunch service in the months to come.

Old City Hall will open to the public on Tuesday February 17, 2026.
