Fun Alamo Heights Night at UIW Returns Friday April 19th
The 36th Annual fun Alamo Heights Night ® celebration will take place on Friday April 19th 5:30pm to 11:30pm, at the campus of the University of the Incarnate Word at 4301 Broadway.
“It’s Party Time in ’09”®, as the event has been nicknamed (“09” being the last two digits of the Alamo Heights zip code), is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, live music and vast selection of eats from some of San Antonio’s favorite restaurants as well as traditional Fiesta fare. The mouthwatering selections will be complimented by adult beverages in the beer and wine gardens.
Two stages will feature live music from bands such as Hot Cakes, Finding Friday, Rick Cavender Band, Stereomonde, The Regimes and more. The festive setting will be punctuated by a carnival midway and kids’ game area that will captivate kids of all ages with activities of all kinds. Unlimited ride wristbands will be available, in addition to single-ride tickets.
Admission is free for children under 12 and for all active duty and reserve military with a valid ID. Tickets are $5 for ages 12-17 and students with a valid ID, $20 for adults and $200 for VIP.
