A Signature Derby Brunch
Celebrate the most famous two minutes in sports at the most excellent of brunches.
On Sunday, May 7th, Signature Restaurant extends an invitation to don your best hat and bowtie for our second annual Signature Derby Brunch, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting Culinaria.
Each attendee will receive a complimentary mint julep, provided by Woodinville Whiskey, upon arrival and enjoy a specially created prix fixe brunch menu by our own award-winning team, and live entertainment by saxophonist BillyRay Sheppard. Tickets for this event are $60 per person. Reservations for this event will be available through opentable.com or by calling 210-247-0176.

ARE YOU READY for the 2nd Annual DASHI DAQ-OFF Cocktail Competition?! DASHI hosts an unforgettable cocktail throwdown on Monday, June 26th, starring “The Daq”, aka the daiquiri. Bartender teams of two representing San Antonio’s best spirits programs will compete for the title of “Daq Grandmaster” and tickets to the most renown spirits conference in the US, “Tales of the Cocktail”. This Food Network-style interactive event seeks to challenge mixologists in speed, accuracy, creativity, taste, and showmanship through three competition categories: Speed [technical], Judges Choice [technical + artistic], People Choice [artistic], all in front of a panel of celebrity judges, cocktail lovers, and media. The team with the most points wins, with first place taking home tickets to Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans. Sign up your bar/establishment for a chance to compete.
Sponsored by Bacardi competing teams will have an array of rum styles to wow judges and the audience. The throwdown will be MC’d by master mixologist and industry leader Michael Neff of Bar Loretta. This rock concert-style event is equipped with world-class Sichuanese cuisine from the amazing Grand Master Chefs at DASHI and world-class cocktails from San Antonio’s best.
