This River Walk hotel, Hotel Valencia Riverwalk, is offering an elegant Three-Course Valentine’s Day dinner menu on Friday, Feb. 14 and Saturday, Feb. 15 in its stylish Dorrego’s restaurant. Two seatings are offered each night at 6 and 8 p.m. Two pricing options are available: $100 per person for the dinner only and $125 for the dinner plus Orin Swift wine pairings.
A Wonderful Dinner Begins with:
The evening begins with a Champagne Toast for Two and an Amuse-Bouche of Steak Tartar or Lobster Bisque with Shaved Black Truffles, Chantilly Cream and Chives.
The Main Course features a choice of:
- Seared Chilean Sea Bass with a Lemon Thyme Risotti Fritter, Saffron Blanc and a Spinach and Mushroom Ragu
- House Brined Stuffed Hotel Cut Chicken Breast with Foie Gras, Spinach, Fondant Potatoes, Black Trumpet Mushrooms and White Asparagus
- Red Deer Rossini Chops with Foie Gras, Potato and Celery Root Puree, and Black Trumpet Mushroom Rossini
For Dessert, diners can choose from:
- Black Forest Cake layered with Luxardo cherries, whipped cream frosting and shaved chocolate
- White Chocolate Ice Cream served with raspberry compote, lemon curd and strawberry spheres
