“We are thrilled to celebrate our first Fiesta at Carriqui,” said Executive Chef Jaime Gonzalez. “This house has been the center of many San Antonio gatherings for over 130 years and we welcome all of San Antonio to gather and celebrate with us at Carriqui.”

Boozy raspas will be available Thursday through Sunday. The menu will be available all day during the week and beginning at 2pm on the weekends from April 20-30.
On Thursday, April 27 from 2-5pm, Chef Jaime invites guests to join him at their unique in-ground pits for a Cabrito Cook-Off. Jaime and Carriqui’s pitmasters will be preparing tacos on the plancha featuring the restaurant’s signature cabrito, while DJ Hector Gallegos spins San Antonio favorites. Kicking off Carriqui’s Fiesta celebration weekend, there will also be local vendors, face painting, and custom flower crowns.
