Easter Brunch at Esencia

Menu Includes:

  • COURSE ONE 
    • Deviled Eggs – salsa macha crunch, herbs

    • Masa Sourdough Avocado Toast – lime, chile oil, radish, flowers

    • Seasonal Fruit & Whipped Yogurt – citrus, mint, honey, granola

  • COURSE TWO 
    • House Biscuits with Chorizo Cream Gravy –  fresh baked biscuits, chorizo cream gravy

    • Breakfast Fried Rice – soft egg, scallion, crispy shallot, chorizo or pork belly

  • COURSE THREE 
    • Barbacoa Chilaquiles – salsa roja, green goddess, queso fresco, pickled red onion, egg

    • Brioche French Toast Bites – horchata mousse, seasonal berry compote, powdered sugar

    • Bacon, Sausage & Twice-Fried Papas – brown sugar black pepper bacon, sausage patties, herb papas

  • COURSE FOUR
    • Churro Bread Pudding – horchata cream, dulce de leche

    • Easter Mini Cake – peach & raspberry cake, peach & orange mousse, chantilly cream

 

Guests can choose to add on to their experience with a welcome pastry for the table (warm pan dulce monkey bread, piloncillo glaze, candied pecans) and a sparkling Easter toast complimentary welcome pour. These additional touches combined with the four course pre-fixe menu will run between $85-$95 per guest.
