The hotel excited to introduce a special menu that honors this vibrant tradition of preserving life and memory. The esteemed culinary team at the Cibolo Moon Restaurant, nestled within the resort, has crafted a selection of gourmet dishes and subsequent tequila pairings that pay homage to this beloved holiday’s rich flavors and cultural significance.
Date & Time
On Friday, November 1, 2024, from 6 PM to 9 PM, resort guests and locals alike are invited to attend the Día de Los Muertos celebration – complete with delicious food, exquisite libations, a live mariachi band, and talented dancers. A stunning altar for ofrendas will be showcased, and cultural decorative pieces will be displayed throughout the restaurant.

Offering a unique taste of the upscale Cibolo Moon cuisine, each of the five food stations at the fiesta will include:

- Poblano Caesar and Pozole Rojo
- Paired with La Catrina, made with Gran Centenario Tequila
- Seafood Station
- Grilled Oysters, Tomatillo Crudo, and Snapper Aguachile
- Paired with Needed More Thyme, made with Jose Cuervo Tequila

- Jalapeno & Cheese Tamale
- Paired with Alebrije de Cibolo, made with 1800 Tequila
- Taco Station
- Barbacoa Tacos de Tuetano
- Paired with Sweet Life, made with Maestro Dobel Tequila
