Carriqui, a delightful Pearl eatery, now has brunch on the menu every weekend from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
WHAT:
Potluck Hospitality is excited to announce that Carriqui is launching brunch service every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., serving delectable entrees, pastries and drinks in addition to their daily menu. Executive Chef Jaime Gonzalez has curated the menu to present over 15 new food and drink items showcasing the flavors and ingredients of South Texas.
New entrees include, but are not limited to:

Chilaquiles with cracklings and salsa verde, including sunny side eggs, quesillo, and cream

Smoked beef cheek barbacoa with onions, cilantro, and tortillas

King Ranch casserole with smoked chicken, cheddar, tomato, and cream of mushroom

Texas French toast with berries, whipped cream and maple syrup

Breakfast Taco options between crispy potatoes, egg and cheese, bacon and egg, and bean and cheese.

Assorted pastries like BBQ brisket kolaches, corn cakes, cheddar biscuits, and housemade conchas.
